 All items of personal nature, optional tours, insurance, tips, laundry and
telephone charges and anything not specifically mentioned in “tour price includes”.
 No refund if theGondola ride is not operational.
 No refund if any sight seeing closed due to any weather conditions or any
other reason.
 Any additional expenses incurred due to any flight delay or cancellation, natural
calamity , weather conditions, road closed due to snow , political Closures,
technical faults , vehicle breakdown , etc. beyond our control
 Arrival and departure transfers are based on that all passengers are arriving and
departing by the same flight. If it is by separate flights extra transfers charge will
be applicable

NOTE :
 Also note that for Gulmarg the car will only drop the passenger to the hotel. For
internal transfers from hotel to sightseeing spot the passenger will have to take a pony
at their own cost.
