When it is GEM tours, do not give second thought, JUST BOOK! Right from travel, stay and most IMPORTANT VEGETARIAN FOOD; every single thing is just so perfect. Healthy and all cuisines are different everyday.

Everyone on the team for South Africa are co-operative and takes utmost care of your schedule, activities and all bookings. Nishit bhai, Parimal uncle, Ozlin and Captain Denton are very generous, friendly and keeps you comfortable throughout. They all tried their best for us family of 8 to feel like home. Also met like minded people on the tour.

We had an amazing family trip to South Africa with Gem Tours! Everything was so well managed — from travel to sightseeing, everything ran smoothly and comfortably.
The food was incredible — every day we got to try something new, and each meal was delicious and thoughtfully planned.
A big thank you to our Captain, Tour Guides, and Tour Managers — they were all so helpful, kind, polite, and extremely entertaining. Their energy and enthusiasm made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Our experience with Gem Tours was nothing short of exceptional! From start to finish, their service and staff were truly amazing. Every single member of the team was kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming – it felt like we were traveling with family.

They were there for us every step of the way, ensuring we were comfortable, informed, and enjoying every moment. We explored the best parts of South Africa, from breathtaking landscapes to vibrant cities, all while gaining a deeper appreciation for the rich culture of Africa thanks to the insightful explanations and stories shared by our guides.
The safari locations were beyond magical – we were lucky to witness an incredible variety of wildlife up close, making memories that will last a lifetime. A special shoutout to the chef Prabhu, whose delicious, hearty meals warmed us every single day.

We recently went on the Gem Travels tour in South Africa and I can’t say enough about how amazing the entire experience was – all thanks to this exceptional tour group!
From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The team took such great care of us and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Everything was very well organized – from transportation to accommodations, and all the tickets for our activities were booked in advance. It made our days seamless and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience.
The itinerary was fantastic – every site we visited felt like the perfect choice to truly capture the beauty and diversity of Africa. From thrilling safari rides full of native animals, helicopter tours, zip-lining adventures, beautiful ocean views and the breathtaking Victoria Falls, every activity was memorable and well-planned. We felt like we got the full Africa experience.
A huge shout-out to chef Prabhu, who was not only incredibly kind, but also cooked the most delicious meals – always fresh and served piping hot. It made a big difference after long adventure-filled days! (Thank you Prabhu)
We also want to recognize the amazing staff –Nashit and Fenil- each of them played such an important role in making our trip so enjoyable. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They made sure we were prepped before each of our site seeing tours, as well as brought fresh chai in the thermos for us to give during our transport to each of the sites. They were there from the beginning of the trip to end. They started the day with us in the bus and they waited until we were done with our tour.  They made sure everything went well and we were satisfied with our tour. So big thank you them both!
And a huge thank you to Oz our wonderful driver and tour guide for making the trip smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Your professionalism and local insights truly enhanced our experience!
