Notes
The Tour cost is based on 30 Travelling passenger, If the passenger are less, there are chances for Cancellation of tour or Additional surcharge of USD 0 – 500 Per Person depending on the no of passengers.
We will provide only one transfer from the Airport to the Hotel on Day 01 at 4 p.m. Those who come in different times have to reach directly at the hotel on their own expense.
Your tour on the first day will start from Dinner. If you are arriving early or the day before you have to make your own arrangements for any extra meals.
Check in time at the hotel is at 2 pm. Early check in is subject to availability.
On third day in Las Vegas, you need to check out at 11am as per hotel policy. Room will not be available till night till you board the flight. Late checkout request in the hotel will be subject to availability. You can store the luggage at the hotel on individual expense if hotel charge anything.
We will provide only one departure transfers on Last day of the tour at 5 am from Hotel to airport. Those
who are departing at different timing have to take taxi on their own expense. There will not be any meals on the last day of the trip. Porterage is not included at the airport or at the hotel. Trolley will be available at the airport by paying We will recommend booking optional tour in advance specially shows in Las Vegas and other attractions. Below are the rates for Pre tour and Post Tour. Rates are subject to change if any peak dates or surcharge dates.
PAYMENT POLICY:
Deposit – INR 100,000 Per Person at the time of Booking.
Balance Payment – 60 Days Before Departure.
Airfare & Visa – Full Payment to be made at the time of Booking.
Cancellation Policy
60 Days Prior to the Date of Departure. 25% of the Tour Cost.
45 Days Prior to the Date of Departure. 50% of the Tour Cost.
30 Days Prior to the Date of Departure. 75% of the Tour Cost.
21 Days Prior to the Date of Departure. 100% of the Tour Cost.
