Our route takes you to some of Dubai’s beautiful landmarks, starting with the Jumeriah Mosque passing modern palaces sprawled along the coast. See one of the modern architectural wonders, the Burj Al Arab (Photo Stop Only), pass the camel and horse racing track from outside. Driving through the commercial area of Dubai, we pass the World Trade Centre. After reaching the Dubai Creek we stop at bastakia, where we can see the old wind – towered houses built by wealthy merchants. Next we stop at the 150 year Old Al Fahidi Fort, now converted to Dubai Museum (from Outside), which holds a record of the past as an important trading Centre. We drive from here on to the other side of Dubai called Deira Dubai and stop at the Spice Souk (Market) where we walk through the busy alleys where the aroma of spices flitter the air. Finally get dazzled by glitters of the famous Gold Souk to end the tour. There after we proceed to take the breathtaking bird eye view of the whole Dubai from Burj Khalifa – the tallest building in the world. The Burj Khalifa skyscraper is a world class destination and the magnificent centerpiece of Downtown Dubai. Dubai’s new urban masterpiece. Here we proceed to Observation Deck – located on level 124 of the world’s tallest tower, this observatory is destined to be the highlight of any visit to the Middle East. Afternoon we move to have once in a lifetime experience @ Desert Safari – across the desert of Dubai with several photo stops during an exciting dune bashing drive. The drive continues across the desert. We stop to watch the beautiful sunset before reaching our campsite where you can do optional activities like camel ride, sand boarding and try out a henna design on hand or feet. Are there any specific norms hotels follow in Dubai?

When you check into a hotel in Dubai, you may find a number of differences as compared to other destinations. For one, Dubai in recent years has begun to charge Tourism Dirham fees, mandatory for all guests to pay directly to the hotel they reside in. Wi-Fi as of yet is rarely found for free of cost across the city and is another mandatory charge you will need to pay for. Being a desert town, it is also tough to find free drinking water and it is a much safer bet to purchase relatively inexpensive water bottles when in Dubai!

Following dietary restrictions and finding food in Dubai

Dubai has a number of options when it comes to food. Most restaurants will be happy to cater to specific dietary restrictions as and when possible. In Dubai, you can find most popular chains of global restaurants too. Wendy’s for those craving a burger or Rajdhani’s, a popular pure vegetarian restaurant ensure no person has to compromise when it comes to their meals.

Paying your respects respectfully at a Mosque

Dubai and the surrounding Emirates have a number of breath taking mosques. With astounding murals and Islamic architecture, these sites are worth a visit regardless of your religious beliefs. However, it is important that you follow all the rules and norms of the destination in order to be as respectful as possible. When visiting a mosque, make sure you wear clothes that aren’t revealing as well as too tight. While some mosques provide women visitors with burqas in order to ease their worries, it is also a good idea to carry a headscarf or such gear in case required. Even men must ensure they wear attire that does not indecently expose their bodies or risk being denied entry!

Staying Safe in the Dubai Heat

Being a desert destination, Dubai is undoubtedly a destination where travellers feel the heat. However, travelling with a tour can ensure you do not need to step out into the sun too much. Door to door transfers and the facility of a luxury coach can ensure you remain in the comforts of an air conditioned facility at all times. Sightseeing and such destinations almost all are completely cooled which means there is a small chance for you to actually feel the effects of their harsh heat. However, in the event you do feel uneasy, try to get as much liquid in as possible. Get yourself out of the sun and in events of extreme conditions, even get professional medical help. Having travel insurance along with you will ensure you do not need to break the bank over medical costs!

Connectivity in Dubai

Dubai is a fairly connected city when it comes to cellular functions and Wi-Fi. However, Wi-Fi can often be expensive to purchase, making it a better deal to find a good cellular operator. Booths at the airport make it easy for visitors to find a good deal that offers not only great calling options but also a good internet package at nominal charges.
