    Early morning tour to Tiger Hills (8364 Ft / 2550 Mts at around 4 AM) to view sunrise over Kanchendzonga Peak (subject to clear weather). On way back visit Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop. After breakfast go for a half-day sight seeing of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Closed on Thursday), Tenzing & Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Center (Closed on Sunday) & Tea Estate. Overnight at Hotel.

    After early morning breakfast depart for Pelling (08.00am Sharp) in West Sikkim via Naya Bazar. Pelling is serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 mts(approx) and commands a spectacular view of Mt. Kanchenjunga. (6100 Ft / 1860 Mts, 125 kilometers / 05 Hrs). Arrive and Check in at Hotel . Evening is free at leisure. Overnight at Hotel.

    After breakfast start for Pelling local tour covering Pemayangtse Monastery, Khecheopari Lake, Kanchenjunga Falls and Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Rock Garden, Rabdentse Ruins, New Helipad & Kanchenjunga view Tower. Evening is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Pelling.

    After early breakfast proceed towards Gangtok(around 08.30am) (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 116 Kms/05Hrs).Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveler’s delight. Arrive and Check in at Hotel. After breakfast proceed for a Full day Gangtok city tour. Visit Enchey Monastery, Bakthang Waterfalls, Handicraft Centre, Flower Show, Sikkim Research Institute of Tibetology, Cottage Industry (Closed on Sunday, 2nd Saturday) Evening Free for shopping. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.

    After breakfast in the morning at 8:00am , we start for excursion to Tshangu Lake – situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Thereafter visit Baba Mandir which is about 8 Kms away from the lake. Back to Gangtok. Overnight at Hotel. (Incase of Land slide or any reason Tshangu Lake is closed we will provided alternate sightseeing).

  • Gangtok to Phuentsholing

    After breakfast  proceed for Phuentsholing (980 ft. /142 km/3 hours) ,through the lush green as well as most beautiful Tea garden in Duars. On arrival at Phuentsholing, The most rapidly growing town in Bhutan checks in into the Premiumhotel. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing.

  • Phuentsholing to Thimphu

    After lunch proceeds for Thimphu which is 5 hours drive. On a short drive visit Kharbandi Gompa to get a breathtaking view of Phuentsholing also the Indian plains. Being the nature loving and friendly with the Guest we stop our journey on the way time to time to see & feel the Bhutan Himalayan scenery. We will take a tea break and again start our journey on the way we will reach the highest point of about 2800m/9,185ft. Before reaching Thimphu again we will stop to visit Simtokha Dzong. On arrival at Thimphu check in at hotel & you will be taken care by our hotel’s premium hospitality. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

  • Thimphu

    After breakfast we will start our day with the visit to:

    • National Memorial Chorten which is continuously circumambulated by the faithful, murmuring mantras and spinning their prayer wheels. Construction of this landmark was the idea of Bhutan’s third king, His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuck (“the father of modern Bhutan”) who had wished to erect a monument to world peace and prosperity. Completed in 1974 after his untimely death, it serves both as a memorial to the Late King and as a monument to peace.
    • Buddha Point: One of the biggest Buddha in the world. It was constructed through donations from devotees all around the world.
    • Painting school: It’s a non profitable organization established by government to encourage the youth into the unique arts and crafts.
    • Folk Heritage Museum: It is one of the oldest traditional houses. This house has been around 150 years old. It once belonged to one of the affluent family. Government has converted the house into museum in 2001 in Thimphu providing visitors and tourists with fascinating insights into the Bhutanese material culture and way of life. The Folk Heritage Museum with a three storied, 19th century traditional house provides you a glimpse of the Bhutanese lifestyle, and artifacts from the rural households. One can come across typical household objects, tools and equipments.
    After lunch we will visit:National Textile Museum: National Textile Museum which was opened in June 2001 is worth a leisurely visit to get to know the living of national art of weaving. Changing exhibitions introduce the major weaving techniques, styles of local dress and textiles made by women and men. The small shop features work from the renowned weaving centre in Lhuntshe Dzongkhag, in north-eastern Bhutan.Tashichodzong: The beautiful medieval fortress/monastery which houses most of the government’s office and King’s Throne room. It is also the summer residence of Je khenpo, the Chief Abbot. The fortress is opened from 9am till 5pm during weekends and during weekdays it’s open after 5pm till 6pm.

  • Thimpu to Punakha

    After breakfast drive to Punakha with a stop at Dochula pass (3080m).Here we can view and admire the Chorten, Mani wall, and prayer flags which decorates the highest point on the road. If the sky is clear, the following peaks can be visible from this pass(left to right): Masagang(7,158m), Tshendagang(6,960m), Terigang(7,060m),Jejegangphugang(7,158m),Kangphugang(7,170m), Zongphugang(7,060m),a table mountain dominates the isolated region of Lunana- finally Gangkar puensum, the highest peak in Bhutan at 7,497m. We will have lunch on the way. After that we will visit to Chimi Lhakhang which is a short hike. Chimi Lakhang Temples lies in the fertile Lobesa villge of Punakha Valley. The temple is dedicated to the divine madman-Saint Drukpa Kuenley and the temple is also known as the Temple of Fertility. Check in hotel.

  • Punakha to Paro

    After having scrumptious breakfast we will visit to Punakha Dzong. It is situated near two rivers-- the Pho Chu (Male River) and Mo Chu (Female River.) Asia has a rich tradition of river personification. Punakha Dzong is one of the largest Dzongs in Bhutan. Take the suspension bridge to arrive at the Dzong. Punakha Dzong was initially called Druk Pungthang or Dechen Phodrang (Palace of Great Happiness), for many years until the second king of Bhutan assumed power. Punakha Dzong happened to be the seat of the Government for a long time. After that we will drive to Paro. Lunch will be at Paro. After lunch we will be going for a sightseeing at:

    • National Museum, housed in the Ta Dzong (watchtower). Here an intriguing collection of artifacts provide a wonderful introduction to the rich culture and heritage of the Kingdom.

    Paro Dzong, a fine example of Bhutanese historic architecture. From the Dzong, walk further down to Nyamai Zampa, a traditional cantilever bridge.

  • Paro

    Today after the leisurely breakfast we will proceed for an excursion to the famous place called Taktshang Monastery (5hrs hike)Taktshang Monastery (Tiger Nest) is located at top of about 800 meter cliff in Paro. It takes slightly more than an hour and a half to reach the monastery on foot from the nearest road point. Taktshang or the Tigers lair as the monastery is widely regarded is one of the most important in Bhutan. Its history is associated with the visit of Guru Padmasambhava, the Indian saint who came to Bhutan in the 8th century AD. The cave was named Taktshang after Guru Rinpoche flew into the cave from Kurtoe Singye Dzong in eastern Bhutan riding on a tigress. Later in 1692 the fourth Druk Desi Tenzin Rabgye started to construct monastery and finally completed after three years in 1694.
    “Trip to Bhutan is never complete without climbing to Taktshang”, says one tourist. Indeed it’s true as the journey there fills you with spiritual bliss. On the way back into town visit: Drugyel Dzong, this Dzong, with a delightful village nestling at its foot, was built in 1646 by Zhabdrung  Ngawang  Namgyal to commemorate his victory over Tibetan invaders. Historically and strategically this Dzong withstood all its glory and was featured in 1914 vide National Geographic Magazine. On a clear day, one can see view of Mount. from the dzong. Evening will walk around Paro city where you will get opportunity to find out some unique Bhutanese Handicraft in the local shop. Overnight at Paro.

  • Drive to Phuentsholing

    After early breakfast embark for Phuentsholing (6 hours).Overnight stay at Phuentsholing.

  • Drop to your on ward destination

    Like all good things, your Bhutan tours will come to an end. We will be happy to see you back.
